New Breed 02:53
Here comes our new breed. Hope we improved it well? We learned our lesson well. Came out of new seeds, and should sustain the norm, of our welfare greed. Well they bow, and they laugh, in their eyes, twinkling stars, and they’re smart, going to school, they succeed, by the rules, they’re polite, shake your hand, and they kneel, to go out, take me home, daddy please, at a quarter past twelve. Well here’s our new breed, hope we improved it well. Chase our dreams, we couldn’t make it, find relief, we still are seeking. Be like us, but more completely, and do not fail, please do not fail. And we’re holding them back, away from ‘the forbidden’ yeah. And they’re walking in line as long we’re babysitting yeah. Chase our dreams, we couldn’t make it, find relief, we still are seeking. Be like us, but more completely, and do not fail, please do not fail.

The Cycle 03:35
On the side of the river banks, if raindrops stop falling. They’re trying to do it right, venture out & hope it might happen. All the cigarettes, cool cars, the nudity and sparks, in the corner of their left eye. They’re trying to do it right, risk it all for just one night. All the hormones and the pheromones, it’s a suicide, in a brand new world, when the cycle starts over, in the mating season, with their mating souls. In the mating season, with their mating souls. Emroz eshghat, farda dunya!

The sun fades out and shades appear, between the flashes of taillights here. Tim Burton ‘dark master’ shoots: bang, bang, bang, bang! Erases the colors I’ve stored in my head. Trees grow up in different greens, but not so pale I’ve seen them here. Where is the green, fresh from the buds? Pretty young tops, where have they gone? But still I’m the one, definitely the one. I am the one, always been the special one, who kept you going. I am the one, always been the special one, got you inspired, just been the one. All of the brightness gone: bang, bang, bang, bang! The bullet that struck me is burning like hell. But I’m still the one, definitely the one. I am the one, always been the special one, who kept you going. I am the one, always been the special one, made you my woman, just been the one, always been the special one, made you whole. I’m half the man I used to be, I double the effort to keep us clean.

Time Machine 03:43
This rock is nearly dead and crumbles like a pie, on a table way too long, I watch its rise and fall. This rock is nearly dead, erodes to grains of sand, been taken by the wind, all blown away! This rock is more than sad at the end of a beautiful sunset. Can’t feel its beating heart at the end of a beautiful sunset. The only way for those who‘ve known the spot, is move along and seek, other heights. The ocean spray behind the golden leaves, has vanished where I’m standing here. The rock of vows and a goddess ear, raped by a time machine. This rock is more than sad oh, can’t feel his domination, and we just ramble on oh, to seek other heights and different high lights. The ocean spray behind the golden leaves, has vanished where I’m standing here. The rock of vows and a goddess ear, raped by a time machine.

Rand 04:28
When the crows are asleep, they can hardly move, all crashed near Denver, with their weakened hearts. When I can approach, so easily, without any disturbance, way too dark to flee. When the crows are asleep, I‘m awake imagining ourselves, on our tiny roof, where we’ve been known by name, by some citizens, who didn’t flee either, from Rand. Never after all, way too dark to flee. I just fear the few, although they all sleep, just like the crows, their conscience must be clean. I just fear the few, when I think of you, and the trail I’ve got to choose, since you passed away. God I’m grateful too, even after all, that I didn’t replace Rand, with another view. When the crows are asleep, I imagine you and the fact you’re only ashes, on the land. And I’m the weakest chain, in this community. Backpacked to take a flight but, I just fear the few, although they all sleep, just like the crows, their conscience must be clean. I just fear the few, when I think of you, and the trail I’ve got to choose, since you passed away. When the crows are asleep, they can hardly move. When the crows are asleep, they can hardly move. I imagine us, wild & filled with many plans, all the joy little Rand has brought us, I just fear the few, although they all sleep, just like the crows, their conscience must be clean. I just fear the few, when I think of you, and the trail I’ve got to choose, since you passed away.

Inanna Why? 04:40
And roses do not grow, into your backyard pottery, and elements won’t show, what their strength is all about. Must be a venom on their leaves, and venom sucks ’em dry, all roses will turn into dust, you can hear the garden cry. An empty crib stays empty, the cradle won’t rock at all. The firstborn he won’t come at all, the firstborn won’t rise at all. And a house becomes a ruin, the paint starts flaking off, and there is no one around, for you to reach a helping hand. They all turned their back on you and fled, a household becomes a mess, you got an issue slowly tightening up, like a rope around your neck. An empty crib stays empty, the cradle won’t rock at all. The firstborn he won’t come at all, the firstborn won’t rise at all. The firstborn he won’t come at all, the firstborn he won’t rise at all. Oh Inanna Why? Why oh why did you forsaken those? Those who reap thorns instead of roses. Oh Inanna Why? Why oh why did you forsaken those? Single moms without progeny. Oh Inanna Why? Why oh why did you forsaken those? Those who worship you the most.

Choose between steak, for supper at eight, or lobster instead, who cares what you eat? Bathing in rain of white foamed Champagne, go live your life once, this might be your chance! Don’t choke while you swallow, the bill will just follow, be sent to your kids, in case my friend, you don’t persist. Be careful what you choose, it all comes down on you, cause all we are is time and choices are bound. The decade that you win, is sand in the mill, of decades of tumbling, old men on their way to the grave. Just work earn and rule, go winners are cool, they made it themselves, don’t need no one else. They yell if they speak, got power to raise, the level that made men ‘the man’. Don’t trip while you’re yelling, this rise has an ending, so hold your kids tight and kiss ’em goodnight, the higher the flight, the harder it is to come down. Be careful what you choose, it all comes down on you, cause all we are is time and choices are bound. The decade that you win, is sand in the mill, of decades of tumbling, old men on their way to the grave. When it’s all done, when you’re nearly gone, what will be won and what’s left? Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life, is by far the most crucial and direct point anyone has ever made about success. Simply put, by working for someone, you will never be successful, you might be content, but not successful. Success is taking something you believe in, and making it work. The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking, don’t settle! Decisions are made and kids are just bait, for those who had doubts, ‘bout your coming out. You fooled ‘em with flair, struck rough through their hair, and no one ever knew, but neither did you. A deathbed’s forsaken, your hand won’t be taken, no fingers will cross, when you take off and white foamed Champagne will raise, when you are gone.

The Barn 03:16
It was that barn on a white cliff, that ruled the sea. Like a spark which ignites a flame, under a sea sick sky. And I’m trying to remember, the way you pinched your nail, into my palm furrows. It was that barn, with opportunities, that caused a quake. The way it stood, against the pounding shore, assembling the way we were. And I’m trying to remember, the way we fell in love. Sea salt in our wine, the ocean takes control, despite the la-la lovers on la-la land. Sea salt in our wine, the ocean gives and takes, despite the la-la lovers on la-la land. After the quake, we saw the ruin, no pinching nail into my soft palms. We fled from once was la-la land. We touch but never cross our hands again. And I’m trying to remember, the plans we had in mind with our factory of love. Sea salt in our wine, the ocean takes control, despite the la-la lovers on la-la land. Sea salt in our wine, the ocean gives and takes, despite the la-la lovers on la-la land.

And old is that abandoned dusty path, which leads James to ancient rites. And chilly is the fog beneath his feet, just like walking on clouds. And dark every step while the evening’s wrapping in, daylight marks, they just fade to black. And heavy is the weight on James’s shoulders, although he’s a naked man, carrying only himself on his bony knees and a blister from the past. James simply had enough of the brightness of his town, and it’s go-go-bordello-ladies, which he hunts down every night. Which he promised 1000 reasons, to be bound for 100 years. But then burned their hearts to ashes, when the liquor disappeared. Out of his veins, out of his mind, the other day. James sold everything he owned, for a nickel and a dime, to a presumed fellowship, in the harbor late café. And they shrieked while collecting bargains, they didn’t had a clue, James wasn’t entirely true, he was abandoning them all. He was abandoning them all, for just one reason, a reason no one knew. That goddam’ blister from the past. That goddam’ blister from the past. And James he left, he strode away, rose with sun, the very next day. Followed the path, that abandoned road, which drove a little white girl earlier, into the mountains without hope. And no one saw, good old James back, the legend told, he never grew old. Cause once he found, nearby a cave, that little mess he created, many years ago, she sliced a dagger into his journey.

Nobody knows When I’m totally gone, it’s all back up to you. And what’s typical you, will bury this blues. Guests without a call, won’t hesitate at all, to drop by in inconvenient ways. Guess you are the most beautiful widow in town. And it’s all right cause I’m long-long gone. Save some stories for the children. A couple of tales, out of the grave, will you? Brave stories, nobody knows. It’s all back up to you, the garden included. Replacing the needles for winter hard colors. Color as a weapon against an arctic way of being. It’s about time to set my spirit free. And every root you chop, is another memory loss, of someone who’s long-long gone. Save some stories for the children. A couple of tales, out of the grave, will you? Brave stories, nobody knows. Nobody knows.
